You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without any charge. If you do not cancel, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

By uploading or creating User Content on our platform, you grant AI Sign a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services. This license allows us to perform necessary actions such as backing up data, sending notifications, and sharing documents with designated recipients.
7.3 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, create, or manage using our Services. This includes ensuring that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful or malicious content. AI Sign reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

8. Ownership of Documents

All documents that you send, sign, or create using our Services are owned by you. AI Sign does not claim any ownership rights over the content of these documents. This means you have full control and rights to use, modify, share, distribute, or otherwise manage your documents as you see fit.
8.2 Access and Permissions
While AI Sign will facilitate the storage and management of your documents, you are responsible for setting and managing access permissions. This includes determining who can view, sign, or make changes to your documents. AI Sign will not disclose your documents to any third party without your explicit authorization, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of the Services.

9. AI Contract Generator Disclaimer
9.1 No Responsibility for Accuracy
By utilizing the AI contract generator feature, AI Sign takes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any contract generated by its AI software. The contracts produced are based on the input provided by the user and the AI’s training data, which may not encompass all relevant legal standards or practices.
9.2 User Responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for the review and use of any contract generated by the AI software. AI Sign strongly recommends that users consult with a qualified attorney to review all contracts generated by the AI software prior to sending or using them to ensure that they meet all legal requirements and protect the user’s interests.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
AI Sign shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of the use of contracts generated by the AI contract generator. This includes but is not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any inaccuracies or deficiencies in the contracts produced.
9.4 Ownership of Generated Contracts
All contracts generated by the AI contract generator are owned by the user who created them. AI Sign does not claim any ownership rights in the content of the contracts generated through its AI software. The user retains full control and ownership over the contracts, including the right to use, modify, distribute, or otherwise engage with the generated contracts as they see fit. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the use of these contracts complies with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Services or contacting us directly.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sign will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
